Not entirely satisfied with your purchase? No problem. Return it to us within 30 days ( just pay the return shipping) for your choice of a full refund via the original payment method, store credit or replacement. Just contact us via the Easy to use QR code within your packaging or via our contacts page with your reason. For more details see our policy below.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. DAMAGED ITEM / LOW QUALITY PRINT

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.
We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing.

RETURNS-shipping cost
​
There is no cost for returning in case case of damaged or improperly manufactured goods when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier or defective in another way. This does not apply in the case of general wear and tear or improper use

The Buyer will be responsible for paying actual shipping costs for your returning their item in case of incorrect product purchases, incorrect size/ fit or they no longer want the item .

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund and after getting refund request from you ,we will refund your actual price of products within 30 days .
The only time we ask for a return is if you wish to cancel an order after it has already begun the shipping process. That is because, at this point, we would not be able to stop production or delivery. Please contact us to arrange the return prior to sending.
